At 3arabian, we value flexibility, transparency, and your learning journey. Please review our policies below to understand how classes, cancellations, and subscriptions work.

📌 1. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Tutor Changes

🧑‍🏫 One-to-One Classes (Flexible Schedule)

  • Students can schedule classes freely on our booking system or in coordination with their tutor.

  • If your tutor isn’t a good fit, contact 3arabian Support to be matched with another.

  • ✅ One free emergency late cancellation per student.

  • ✅ 12+ hours before class → Cancellation/reschedule is free.

  • ❌ Less than 12 hours before class → The class is counted as used.

  • ⚠️ No-show without cancellation → The class is counted as used.

👥 Group Classes (Fixed Schedule)

  • Group classes follow a fixed schedule; attendance is required at booked times.

  • ❌ No rescheduling or refunds for missed group classes.

  • 📘 If a student misses a class, the tutor will share lesson material so they can catch up.

💳 2. Subscriptions, Payments & Pausing Classes

🔄 Subscription Management

  • Auto-Pay Subscriptions renew automatically every 4 weeks.

  • Students can pause, cancel, upgrade, or downgrade anytime before the next cycle via the “Manage Subscription” link in receipts.

  • Payment card details can be updated or deleted anytime.

  • Paid classes in balance can be carried over to next month, however they must be consumed within 2 months from the payment date.

  • Classes can be distributed flexibly within the cycle:

    • Example: With 4 classes package in a month, you may take all 4 in one week or spread them weekly as it suits your schedule.

💰 Refunds & Transfers

  • Refunds are only given if 3arabian is unable to provide classes.

  • Instead of a refund, students may transfer unused classes to a new student they refer.
